Warranty of Quality
At Mactrac, we guarantee our products against faulty materials and / or workmanship under normal conditions of use for a period of five years.
We limit our liability in all cases to the free replacement of the parts manufactured and supplied by us. Under no circumstances do we accept claims for consequential damages. This warranty applies only if those products are installed by a Mactrac approved installer.
Maintenance and Care
With regular maintenance and care of the track system all parts will perform to the under normal conditions of use for a period of five years warranty as above.
Remove dust and particles from track after installation to ensure glides run smoothly and are not damaged. Regularly remove dust build up from the track channel with a brush or vacuum cleaner.
Apply a light coat of silicon spray with a soft cloth to the track channel should glides move less freely.
Complete this once a year to ensure there is no friction or wear on glides.
Do not swing on curtains or drag curtains across the track system without assistance, as this will cause the track to mis-shape buckle or at worse fall out and therefore void of the warranty.
